Hi and welcome to MiCCAS.net!

We've recently upgraded our website to bring you a whole heap of new features, which will hopefully make your time here as pleasant as possible. Some of those new features include:

How do I receive free Technical support?
To receive free technical support, please either email me or use the free live help system which can be found above.

Time Frame of Responses
I usually have support requests answered within a couple of days, sometimes within minutes. It really does depend on how busy I am and how complex your question is. Sometimes they require research and contacting manafactures, etc, so therefore I would ask you remain patient

What kind of warranty do you give?
I don't give any warranty what so ever with the responses I make. Whilst I doubt there will ever be a need, I need to state this and that if anything happens I am not liable.

Do you provide assistance for Windows Vista?
Windows Vista is the new Windows from Microsoft. I have just finished upgrading my personal machine to the Ultimate version and hence I can provide semi-limited assistance with Vista.
