A bit about me.

I am a Manager, Digital Product Owner at National Australia Bank (NAB), leading changes to our digital channels to enhance the customer experience. My career has spanned across various small and large organisations in the fields of Technology, Digital, Market Research, and Marketing.

I am driven by delivering great outcomes that benefit both our customers and the business. Leading teams is something I absolutely love - having an influence over larger outcomes excites me! Seeing others develop along the way is the icing on the cake.

In addition to work, I am genuinely passionate about using my skills to improve the lives of those around me. I am involved in my community in various ways, including as a media advocate with Carers Victoria and as a volunteer rescue leader with the Victorian State Emergency Service.

Stakeholder Management

Design and build of websites, web applications and personalised email campaigns. HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Wordpress, Drupal & Joomla.

Source, understand and interpret data including Google/Adobe Analytics, SQL, Excel and Stakeholder Packs/Presentations.

The Big Dreamers Personal Development Program runs for six months with 15 inspiring Young Carers aged 13-18. The aim of the program is to empower, develop resilience and provide the opportunity for building new skills and finding hidden talents.
